In my quest to look for solutions in order to resolve these problems of mine, I came across this software called the Reset Password Pro. In my case though, I really have not found the need to refer to the instruction videos because the process of installation is just so easy.

As soon as you are done with the installation procedure, the next thing that you need to do is to come up with a "boot disk". On this section, you will need to make use of a CD or USB drive. I used a USB drive because it is more convenient for me. Basically, the process of creating a boot disk is just the same as burning. The tool will do everything for you and this can be done in a few seconds only.

The final part is actually the easiest part of all and is actually the highlight of all as this is the part where you need to reset your password. To begin, simply turn on your laptop computer and then insert your USB drive or CD or whichever tool you used in burning the Reset Password Pro.

You will then be shown a list of Administrators and Users that were registered on your locked laptop. If you own the laptop or the computer, then it will only show your name on it. So choose the account and click on "Reset".

Afterwards, the password will be taken out of your account, thus, you will be able to log in to your laptop or computer without the use of any password. That"s how easy it is and I was definitely relieved right after I was able to log in to my laptop. The joy that I have felt after seeing my precious files cannot be measured.
