Jaco De Bruyn 12 Week Cyclical Workout

This is NOT for genetically gifted people that gain muscle just by looking at a dumbbell. HARDGAINERS ONLY..?


An Ectomorph has narrow shoulders, struggles to put on mass and finds it very difficult to add muscle… Yep this was me!


A Mesomorph… those lucky, genetically gifted people out there that will pack on muscle, stay lean and grow just by looking at a set of dumbbells.


An Endomorph finds it extremely easy to add mass, but sometimes a little too much and can pile on body fat in the process.


As if being a hardgainer/ectomorph is not bad enough, for people like you and me, it gets even more difficult to add muscle, thanks to our not so good genetics. Did you know we have a set amount of different types of muscle fibers in our body? Some of us are better suited to endurance sports, and others explosive activities, requiring raw power..


Do you think that people with more endurance muscle fibers or more powerful muscle fibers should train the same?
