This healthier lifestyle helped me lose the 80 extra pounds I had gained. And get this – my husband, Jonathan, who is 57 – has lost over 50 pounds along with me. As an engineer working 10 hour days, I get up a little early to do a light exercise sequence. I walk after work with my husband in these terrific mountains, and then in the evening, just prior to bedtime I add in a short session of yours.
