There is nothing more frustrating than to go to the gym, spend an hour working out, then go home and repeat for weeks or months with nothing to show for it. What’s even more frustrating is when you spend all that time and money trying to build the best body you can and no matter what you do, it never happens. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have an hour or two everyday to waste on something that isn’t going to produce. I also don’t want to spend $50 or $60 a month for a gym membership (that’s $600-$720 that I could have spent on something way more fun) and not even see my abs atleast.
There’s no denying we are all busy these days and it’s hard enough trying to get everything we need to get done each day, let alone try and get into the gym for a long and draining workout. It’s been said that if you work hard and put in the time, you’ll be rewarded greatly. For many, that never seems to be the case when it comes to working out.
