The Live Lean Cookbook

Are you fed up with struggling with weight loss? Sick and tired of the same plain, boring and tasteless recipes? Are you fed up with trying to find something more exciting for dinner?

According to statistics 2 out of 3 Americans are overweight or obese. So how did we spend more than $2.4 Billion a year on weight loss diets and diet pills alone last year. Where are we going wrong?

Studies have shown that most people who lose weight, tend to put it back again plus more within a few years. But how does this happen?

The problem lies in those so called healthy foods that we eat. Most diet and other healthy foods that we eat are highly processed and packed with refined sugars. Consuming them causes our body to release a hormone called Cortisol.

Cortisol is a stress hormone that causes our bodies to store fat especially around our stomach. To make it worse the fat cells then produce another hormone called Leptin. This hormone is responsible for letting the brain know when we are full.

However, when we consume processed foods that contain unhealthy ingredients such as sugar, MSG, fructose or aspartame, they cause the brain to become resistant to leptin. That is why when you eat things such as chocolate, chips, diet meals and other unhealthy processed foods you never feel full. Because leptin does not recognize it as food.

There is a huge difference in the way food affects our body, our hormones, our appetite, our energy levels, and our long-term health.

In the Live Lean Cookbook we will show you how you can enjoy tasty and healthy recipes without having to…
