Fiit Workout Challenges

You see a little over 3 years ago Emily and I started working out together, both being Personal Trainers, we were always trying to come up with ideas to keep our workouts interesting.


You see, its common knowledge out there, that by mixing up your training and by combining certain movements with certain tempo, times, and variables can make a drastic difference to not only your fitness but your overall body shape.


But if you don’t know how to manipulate these variables properly, then its sort of like walking around with a loaded gun.


At the end of our workouts Emily and I would always seem to have mini competitions, basically we were just trying to out do each other.


It is because of this way of thinking, which has lead to the Fiit Workout Challenges finally being created.
